Hello and welcome. My name is Allison, and I am a psychic medium and lightworker. My aim is to give you a compassionate and authentic reading, with resonates with you and brings a sense of comfort. Whilst we all have free will and choice, a reading with me will help you look at your situation with clarity, offer guidance and help you find solutions or answers. There is definitely an inherited connection to all things spiritual in my family. When I was a child, my grandma told me that ''a Red Indian gentleman'' was her spirit guide. From a young age, I was able to see moving 'outlines' around people. I did not realise that I was seeing auras, until my third eye opened and could see the colours! Now I work closely with my spirit guides when I am reading for clients and in my own life too. The world of spirit is truly fascinating, and I love spending time in that higher vibration. I sit in two development circles and have worked with amazing mediums over recent years. My readings can incorporate oracle cards and pendulum, if my client wishes. Oracle card readings are fantastic, because they can help clients see their past, present and future from a slightly different perspective, whilst still remaining true to the experience. I must confess to starting a bit of a collection when it comes to oracle cards, but I do enjoy intuitively selecting the right deck for my client. I work with different spreads, depending on the situation. I also work with manifestation cards, which are amazing and provide a wonderful focus to be taken forward after the reading.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

Before opening myself up for psychic or mediumship readings, I always meditate to help me prepare and raise my vibration. I wish I could bottle that feeling and sell it because it is truly beautiful. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one, seeking guidance in relation to love, relationships, career my aim is for you to feel uplifted and lighter than you did before we met.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I would say I'm a fairly typical Gemini, as love to speak with people and put them at their ease. Sometimes clients can be a little bit nervous about having a reading. I totally understand and always do my best to help my clients relax and enjoy their reading. I have read that Geminis are often research-savvy. I do enjoy learning about all things metaphysical. If only I'd had that same enthusiasm when I was at school!

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I must have been 7 or 8 years old because I remember sitting in school assembly looking at the auras of other pupils and the teachers. When our telephone rang at home, I always knew who was calling before my mum or dad answered the call. As I became older and more aware of my gifts, more opportunities to learn and develop presented themselves.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

Oh, my goodness - there are so many to choose from. I love receiving messages that not only resonate but give comfort and reassurance. I recently gave a reading to a lovely gentleman. At the end, he told me that the information I had given him was completely correct and was especially happy that I had been able to tell him how his parents met. This was a story he had heard often as a child, and it was so nice to hear it again.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I have recently completed a diploma course in Mediumship, which I passed with distinction. The course really helped my mediumship skills development. My 'clair' senses are definitely stronger. I tend to use clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing) and clairsentience (clear feeling) the most, but other 'clairs' do pop into some readings. I trained in Reiki 1 around 25 years ago and I find this helps to keep me grounded. I also feel that it compliments my psychic skills, especially in respect of understanding my client's energy. I sit in two development circles and enjoy being able to regularly work with my mentors and other mediums. Later this year, I plan to go to a spiritual retreat to spend time with other like-minded people and continue to enhance my skill set.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

To keep an open mind. Sometimes people come for a reading, hoping to hear a specific message from a specific person. One of the most important things I have learned when working with spirit, is that they will tell us what we need to hear in that moment, rather than what we want to hear. Equally important is remembering that you have free will and choice. Spirit may give you guidance or signs through your reading, but it will be up to you to decide the best way forward in your life.
