Hi, I'm James and I'm very passionate about Tarot, and also Oracle card reading, they are my life companions and I've been using them to guide my own path for many years now. I bought my first Tarot deck after having a reading myself all those years back and the lady who had been reading for 34 years said to me 'Do you read Tarot yourself?', 'No never' I replied... 'Well you should, I feel it's your calling' she said. Since then, I've always read the Tarot and been fascinated by its guidance for many life situations, including periods when I've travelled to different countries and had to make some tricky decisions. Because of my own experience with the Tarot, it gave me the passion to share its wisdom and insights with other people, because I know firsthand just how empowering it is. I've always been interested in the spiritual and metaphysical aspects of life and listening to what 'the other side' has to share with us. I've also been drawn to pendulum divination, and we can use this for yes, no, maybe answers, and for more precise timing indications. If you need insight into a relationship matter, career, personal growth, or life in general then you are most welcome.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

The best thing for me about giving readings is sharing the insight that the Tarot offers, helping you determine the best path forward in a situation, and empowering you to make the right choices. Sometimes you need someone to really hear you and get deeper insights into the situation, or even about yourself; both I and the Tarot always offer this. Often the Tarot will also trigger your own intuition as we look into your situation and receive the answers, we can then seek advice on the outcomes possible, depending upon the choices that you make. This gives you the certainty to move forward with purpose, rather than just 'hoping for the best'. The best thing overall though for me about giving readings, is when you leave the call feeling a whole lot better, and more empowered than you did at the beginning of the call. If we've also decided on an action plan for you to follow, then even better.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I'd say I have the typical traits of a Gemini such as being adaptable, a good communicator, passionate about exploring new ideas and opportunities, a quick learner, energetic etc... I wouldn't say I'm 'the life and soul of the party' though, I'm more reserved and prefer to save most of my social energy for sharing empowering readings with others.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

To be honest I've never felt like I really fit into general society, right from when I was a schoolboy, I felt I had a higher calling. It was like I was meant to take the lesser-travelled path so that I had the space to develop into who I am today. I've become very emotionally grounded and independent, and I believe this helps me channel messages from the Tarot to empower others.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

There are many readings that make me so grateful for being able to share the insights of the Tarot. A recent memorable reading is with a lady called 'D', who needed to know the best plan of action to reconcile with her husband. They were experiencing many issues that led to their breakup and him actually moving out. On the one hand, she thought she'd lost him, yet on the other, she didn't want to just accept that and give up. Using the Tarot, pendulum divination, and intuition we were able to discover that he was in fact seeing another woman and then looked into the connection between them both. We saw that the other woman was in fact manipulating and deceiving him by appealing to his intellectual nature, making false promises, and that she wasn't capable of meeting his real emotional needs. We were able to look into several options to discover the best route to take so that D's husband could realise his mistakes, and reunite in his rightful place, which is with D. The Tarot also reassured us that even though the husband was with another woman, it was temporary, and more a case of him being driven by his ego. Usually, you can't hide true feelings from the Tarot, and this is the perfect example. It was clear that D's husband wasn't getting his emotional needs met at all by this other woman, and the only person who could really give him what he needs is his wife D. Using intuition and the advice of the Tarot, a plan was formulated and they were able to reconcile! This is a beautiful example of how the Tarot can guide us to connect with our own intuitions and to empower us to take the actions needed for a beautiful outcome.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I'm empathic, non-judgmental, and a good listener, I also read Tarot & Oracle cards daily, even if I'm not reading for others, I'm reading for myself. I'm also obsessed with learning new things and rarely watch movies and never mainstream television, instead I'm usually watching a course on spirituality, life coaching, psychic development, divination techniques, hypnosis, or something related.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

One of the most important things when having a reading is that you are open-minded to the messages that may come through, sometimes the Tarot won't tell us what we 'want' to hear but will tell us what we 'need' to hear. Many situations in life are sent to teach us spiritual lessons so that we can evolve to the next level. Rest assured though that the Tarot is always positive, even if there are negative issues to be dealt with, there will always, always be an answer to reach a positive outcome. You can share as much or as little about your situation as you like, if you do decide to share though and ask questions, then throughout the reading, the Tarot will give us spontaneous answers. These are always the best and most insightful readings, where structure goes out the window, intuition soars, and the Tarot pops out the answers we need one after the other.
