Welcome to my profile, I am Yazz not keen on putting labels but I suppose I would consider myself to be a Lightworker. I use a number of techniques to provide clients with a ‘holistic reading/session’ incorporating various types of cards (not traditional tarot).I also listen to my inner spirit, any higher powers that come through. I aim to provide clients with ‘practical readings’ whereby they can incorporate useful methods into their life and make the changes required. This may include clients looking into leaving the past behind, forgiveness, learning new skills, affirmations, meditations, visualisation etc.…I assist in getting the ball rolling allowing clients to see where their inner guide takes them. This style may not be for everyone this is fine; if you just need a reading then I can provide that for you. The only way is up!!!

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

I like to know that I have been able to give someone ‘peace of mind’ even if they don’t get the answers “they want” – at least they know how things are laid out if they proceed on their current course, and they can “choose their direction”. Reminding individuals they are in control of their destiny is important, as some people believe they have no control, “what will be will be”. Although part of this may be true up to a certain extent, I always say nothing is permanent, we can’t change others, or our past we can only change ourselves, how we perceive things, and what we want from our current and future self! Ultimately I like to empower people, irrespective of their situation, people have the power to make their own destiny no matter what their starting point in life, or experiences were. Just look at people like Denzel Washington, Bruce Lee, Walt Disney, Oprah Winfrey, Stephen King, J.K Rowling, Bill Gates, Ignatius Sancho, William Cuffay, Mary Seacole, get the picture, read all about them if you need inspiration or others who may have failed before succeeding!

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

It is all true depending on the circumstances I can be: impatient, stubborn, lazy, possessive, loyal, practical, trustworthy, kind independent, loyal, dependable, genuine, and persistent. Overall I have been told people are glad to have me on their side rather than the opposite – as they know I will do my utmost to help with any given situation and be true. I do empathise with clients, but I don’t do pity parties life is too short, if you want a non-judgemental, practical, unsugar coated reading then give me call.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I lost a few people close to me when I was around eight years old, this opened the door to communicating with the other side and messages coming through, other times just sensing their presence and knowing what they are communicating through various forms: reading, writing, T.V people, and art. I do not claim communicating with spirits on tap, but if any messages come through I will share them. Like most ”Lightworkers” I never went out looking for this, but just happened to tap into the gift of communicating with spirits, and the inner spirit. Maybe missing loved ones kick started the process!

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I would say giving any client a reading that has been hurt in a relationship or situation becomes memorable to me. It is uplifting for the both of us to know that with a little self-work and change of perspective “there is light at the end of the tunnel”. Giving people hope for a better future, that they can find love or a “better situation” is exciting. Sometimes mentioning letting go, moving on, forgiveness aren’t always received graciously, but those “wanting improvement” are open to the guidance coming through for them. I often end up reading for other readers, or individuals with spiritual gifts and it is really amazing to have my gifts validated by fellow experts!

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

Below are some of the skills I have gained over the years, some through formal qualifications and some through experiences and other informal learning methods. Reiki, energy healing, chakra balancing, NLP, Angel Therapy, Mindfulness, colours, numbers, visualisations, affirmations, crystals. These come in handy when giving individuals a plan to implement “changes”.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

I personally believe individuals have to be “open minded”, if you come with preconceived ideas regarding the situation and outcome then in my experience your reading will reflect the state of your mind, and be unclear. Be open to new ideas, change, leaving the old behind, learning new methods of making the changes with the help of guides. A few moments in a quiet place and deep breathing usually helps people to get a little centred. I am a conduit for the Higher Powers, and if the client is open minded then I will also receive correct messages for them.
