In my twenties, I worked as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic, an experience that taught me the importance of connection, adaptability, and understanding people from all walks of life. Later, as a Police Officer, I was exposed to the extremes of human nature—both the best and the worst. I saw unimaginable things and learned how to stay composed and compassionate in the most challenging situations. These experiences helped me develop the empathy and strength to hold space for clients who are facing significant challenges in their own lives. On a personal level, my journey hasn’t been without its struggles. I’ve faced adversity in many forms, including experiences with domestic violence and addiction. These chapters of my life were incredibly difficult, but they also shaped me into the person I am today. They taught me resilience, compassion, and the importance of healing. Because of these experiences, I’m able to meet clients with genuine understanding and empathy, especially when they’re navigating their own pain or uncertainty. After leaving the police, I took a leap into entrepreneurship and built a recruitment company from the ground up, turning it into a multi-million-pound enterprise. This journey taught me the value of intuition, persistence, and making impactful decisions.
