I have always considered myself a very spiritual person. I was drawn to astrology and all things magical when very young. Later I came across an excellent psychic medium and her gift fascinated me. She told me I had a natural healing ability (I later studied Reiki) and that I could just talk to Spirit and ask them questions, which I did. Then about 17 years ago, I borrowed a tarot card deck from a friend and never looked back. I had a phone reading from a tarot reader and was taken aback how she described people in my life at that time! I have conducted a high number of online readings for the last 7 years and did regular weekly coffee shop readings face to face. I began attending mediumship circles several years ago which brought everything together for me as It made me appreciate the many ways of working with Spirit.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

Guiding others to heal, grow and to move forward from life’s challenges with clarity brings me great satisfaction. It is most rewarding helping people heal from negative past relationships they were holding onto, so they can move forward. I have been called brutally honest yet compassionate! I aim to deliver the message that is needed, but in a way which is positive and leaves people feeling empowered whatever the cards bring up. I don't believe tarot is there to tell us what to do but to enlighten and guide us and help us make our own decisions and it is an honour to be the messenger and work with Spirit to help bring clarity and light where it is needed.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

As a Taurus I am deeply connected to nature and animals. I thrive with meaningful work and enjoy delving into the beauty and mysteries of life, particularly through spirituality. My natural patience and loyalty help me support those I care about, while my love of peace and harmony fuels my spiritual pursuits. I enjoy solitude but also find joy in uplifting others and sharing laughter with genuine souls.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

My awareness of astral travel began in childhood, when I found myself leaving my physical body during dreams and visiting places I would later see in real time. Over time, I used these journeys as a source of spiritual insight and guidance. Another aspect is that someone would suddenly pop into my mind and then very shortly after that I would hear from them or important news about them.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I did a reading face to face for a client which brought up a past relationship and strong focus on the ex-partner. The lady was at first a little dismissive as to why this ex was coming up as she believed it was in the past and didn't want to think about this rather toxic relationship. The cards were however suggesting that the influence of this negative person was still affecting her. After a couple of weeks, the lady said the reading annoyed her at first and put her in a bad mood, but then she realised that she had not truly dealt with it all and decided to seek some counselling. She found that talking to someone about it had lifted a heavy weight from her life and was much happier in herself as a result. I am happy that Spirit gave her what she needed to heal even it if wasn't appreciated at first. They always know!

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I have a background in holistic therapies including reflexology and reiki. I am a qualified Level 2 distance Reiki practitioner. I have been in numerous mediumship circles for the last 5 years. During that time, I had psychic training including scrying. I have attended several tarot workshops and have a small library of books! I am always learning and developing with tarot, I feel my reading has been enhanced since the mediumship circles as a clairvoyant and clairsentient.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

Entering a reading with an open and receptive mindset is key, even if you feel a little sceptical just go with the flow and try to relax beforehand. Then you will likely get the most out of your reading. Consider first whether you want an open, general reading to see what Spirit has to say, or whether you seek guidance on something particular either a life area or specific question.
