Psychic Sofa Refunds

How can I claim a refund?

If you are unhappy with your reading and wish to claim a refund, please email us on enquiries@psychicsofa.com Refunds are subject to the refund policy below.

Please Note: refunds can only be issued on calls paid for by Credit/Debit Card. We cannot issue refunds to the premium rate services.

IMPORTANT! Before contacting us you must have the following information. We cannot discuss any calls without this information.

  • Date and Time of the call.
  • Length of the call.
  • If you used a credit card the last 4 digits of the card used.
  • If you used your Wallet the Wallet Account number.
  • The name of the Reader you had a call with.
  • The reason for the refund.

Refunds (when paying for a reading with your Credit or Debit Card)

We are sure you will love our Psychic Sofa readers and the service they provide. However, if you fail to connect with a reader, then please end the call within the first 5 minutes and contact us within 48 hours of your call.

We can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a full refund. Please keep a note of the time, date, and reader plus the home / mobile number you used to call the service.

  • Your reading must have been less than 5 minutes in duration.
  • You must provide valid details of why you were dissatisfied with your reading.
  • Refunds will only be paid once for each reader you didn't connect with.
  • Calls that last more than 5 minutes before termination will only be entitled to the remaining minutes with another reader.
  • This policy is subject to fair usage and we reserve the right to decline a refund or to give you another reading if we believe the request is not fair, genuine or valid.
  • As part of our monitoring of refunds we reserve the right to listen to calls.
  • All requests must be made through our office (enquiries@psychicsofa.com) and are subject to verification.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the call being terminated.

Credits (when using your Psychic Sofa Wallet balance)

We are sure you will love our Psychic Sofa readers and the service they provide. However, if you fail to connect with a reader, then please end the call within the first 5 minutes and contact our office on 0161 607 3013 within 48 hours of your call.

We will then credit your wallet account with the minutes you have used for that reading. Please keep a note of the time, date, and reader plus the home / mobile number you used to call the service.

A "refund" for calls made using your wallet balance refer to the refund of minutes to your wallet balance. No monetary refunds will be given.

Psychic Sofa Wallet Account General Terms

  • If you have insufficient credit for your reading, you will be prompted to top up your balance before being put through to your requested reader.
  • All normal refund T&Cs apply. If you do not connect with a reader, please end the call within the first 5 minutes and we will re-credit your Wallet balance with the minutes used.
  • Calls that last longer than 5 minutes will not be re-credited to your wallet.
  • Purchased minutes cannot be refunded once payment has been accepted.
  • Remaining minutes in your Wallet balance cannot be refunded.
  • Minutes in your Wallet balance are non-transferable (you cannot move or gift minutes between accounts).
  • Minutes cannot be used on any other service than those provided by Psychic Sofa.
  • The maximum reading length is 90 minutes when using the Wallet payment service.
  • Any minutes in your Wallet account which have not been used within sixth months of purchase will no longer be valid for use on our services and will be deducted from your remaining balance.
