About Yolander
I have always had the ability to feel things would happen before they did, but as a child I did not really tap into in. At the age of 18 a loved one passed away suddenly, but I knew this had taken place before the news was given to me. This is when I became really aware of my ability. After that experience I built a relationship with my spirit guide who has been with me ever since. Shortly after I began meditation and this allowed me to really tap into my gift and use it to help myself and other people. I began giving readings to loved ones and have had people come back to me and tell me how right I was, even if it has meant telling them what they did not want to hear at the time. I feel very happy that I am able to use my gift to really help people. I started reading the tarot cards 10 years ago, and I use it as a tool to really link in with my clients.
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
I love being able to assist clients and really get to give them true and honest guidance. On top of the satisfaction that I get from giving readings to my clients, I really enjoy giving a listening ear to people, because sometimes it is nice for my clients to know that I care for each and every one of them. I have a special gift that I like to share with people, as well as guiding and supporting them.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
I am a typical Libra, as I am always striving to create a sense of equilibrium in all areas of my life. I like balance and symmetry.
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
I was always aware of my gift from as young as I could remember, but there was a turning point at the age of 18 when I really tapped into my gift and began using the cards as a tool. My spirit guide has always been with me, however his presence has grown stronger with me as I have gotten older.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
My most memorable experience with a client was 5 years ago, when the client wanted a relationship reading and was in a relationship. I told him that the person he was wanting to reconcile with would not be returning, he was not very happy or convinced, but I told him that he would be meeting a woman in a coffee shop and this would be the woman that he would marry, I got feedback that this is exactly what had panned out for him.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
My experience of accuracy in the past really compliments my work as a reader, but I am an empath by nature and this really helps me to pick up on people's feelings and get an excellent link in with people.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
When deciding to have a psychic reading I would say, be open minded with readings and most importantly, relax and enjoy every second of your reading.
