This could happen for a number of reasons. The most common are if you are under 18 years old we are unable to provide a reading. Users of this service must be over the age of 18.

Occasionally mobile phone networks have a block on premium rate billing as default. In this case you would need to contact your network to have this removed. If you sent your Date of Birth proving you are over 18 and feel that you should have had a reply by now please contact us on 0161 864 8073.
