About Victoria

Life hasn't always been easy for me, and I have had more than my fair share of struggles. Throughout my life I have also had a very strong sense of hope and faith. I feel I have a guiding light - it doesn't make things go away but often shines a light on the way forward. I have spent a lifetime learning how to use the visions, feelings and knowing to help others to see that light is all around each and every one of us. I have connected to the universe from being a child and without even knowing it. I have since spent years developing my craft and connection. I am a platform medium and often provide demonstrations at spiritualist churches. I regularly sit in circles with others to ensure my skills are kept up to date.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

I feel I have a great duty to give back to others. I feel very blessed to have the connection that I have, and I believe it's a responsibility to ensure that people get the insight and help the need when they need it the most. I have seen first-hand the difference a reading can have on someone, and I feel honoured that I can provide that moment of peace and connection. I don't use any tools or cards during my readings, I purely use you and your voice to connect. I will always be honest and give you exactly what I get. Sometimes, this is hard to hear but my readings always come with love and compassion. I do not work in any other way. Sometimes, in life, we need someone that will not judge no matter what the situation is. It's a real honour to see a snapshot of someone's life and also spend time with them and their loved ones.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I am a typical Taurean. Stubborn, practical, honest and loyal. I also probably like food way too much!

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I can't remember a time of not having it, it's always been with me. When you are younger the veil between the two is much thinner and also as a child you just say things regardless of their impact/consequences. I used to predict things happening or mention names etc. I used to get punished for it all the time, until one day my grandmother took me to one side and explained. No-one can teach you how to use your gift, you have to learn about you and how they use you as a messenger. Not one medium works the same as another - it's a very long and personal relationship that is developed. I like to call it an understanding and a trust. I now trust in the things they give me and their meaning for the person I am reading for. I also love how they know my mind likes evidence - so often, they will give me something quite insignificant in a reading that only you would understand.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I have had so many experiences that have truly shocked me to my core. Although, I no longer question the validity of messages and information I receive, it still shocks me when someone comes back to me and tells me that things have happened exactly as I predicted or when I get given very specific information during a reading that no-one else knew (often not even the person I am reading for). The most beautiful ones are the ones where you can feel someone's energy change and that they leave the reading much lighter or actually changed because of the connection. In today’s world its very rare to be with someone for a set amount time (a stranger) and have a connection that is so pure and unconditional - I open my heart to you in full without judgement and I feel when you do the same. In that moment it is purely magical and so is the reading. I never remember the messages that come through in readings and I always ask that you make a note of things so we can spend time at the end connecting the dots. Above all, these are your messages to keep not mine.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I actually work in a very corporate and professional role. I am a mum of two beautiful girls. I spent a lot of my early career developing services for others in need. I also developed cancer care services and during that time spent many hours holding the hands of people who were taking their transition and then supporting their families through grief. It was a privilege and an honour to see death in all of its raw beauty. Your body is just a vessel, and your soul transcends everything.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

Be as open with your reader as you can and give them your voice, if you were on the phone to someone and they weren't speaking - you would soon put the phone down (a connection to the universe is just the same). Readings are not a science; they are like painting a picture - you have to work together to build the meaning and connection. It's an art form and a beautiful one when used properly. Be prepared to hear what you don't want to hear - your reader can't control the messages - they can only deliver what they get told. Also, please remember everyone has free will in life to make their own choices. A reading should only be used for guidance purposes only. You have the power to make the changes required.
