About Aldea

After a conventional career path, it was time for a change. Interesting people came into my life and introduced me to tarot and psychic readings. Learning tarot has opened many doors both to learning and to people. It is a fantastic way of helping assess situations, perspectives and to find solutions. The cards tell your story.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

It is an honour to be chosen to help people when they may be at the end of their tether, relationship or ready for change. That you are trusted with their vulnerabilities and hopefully be with them when they become happy again. I like hearing about life.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

Not a typical Capricorn, although I can be an old goat. Like the mountain goat, I am determined but can also take leaps of faith, if a challenge arises.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

As a child, I would get feelings about people. "She's been here before" was said a lot when I was a child.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

There have been a many memorable experiences with clients. Some of them are where the message that I was being given wasn't what the person wanted to hear and that is hard, but the tarot guides were right. I was reading for a lovely woman, trapped in a relationship cycle. As a mum, I was filled with an instinct to protect her. "You are my sunshine; my only sunshine was going round my head" so at a break in the conversation I sang it. The song was the song that her mum used to sing to her when she needed courage and support. The time was right for her to hear it again.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I have a degree in psychology and business. Qualified life coach, studying CBT and NLP. Mostly, the experience that I bring is from listening to people, remaining impartial and wanting the best for you.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

To come with an open mind and heart, you may not hear what you want to hear. Readings are for guidance, for a different perspective. They are a great tool for this but, your instincts and feelings should guide you in your decisions.
